On March 19th, Law360 published an article by our colleagues Casie Collignon and Jennifer Benda titled "<a href="http://www.law360.com/articles/519472" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tea Party v. IRS: Tax Trouble or Class Action Nightmare</a>?"
